An Oregon State Police trooper wounded in a Christmas Day shootout with a homicide suspect underwent a second surgery Tuesday and remained in critical condition, authorities said. Trooper Nic Cederberg, 32, was shot multiple times and underwent one surgery Monday morning and another Tuesday afternoon, State Police spokesman Capt.
