LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A local basketball tournament has been sold, but it's staying in Louisville.Kentucky Hoopfest was originally owned by Eddie Ford, but has been sold to the Kentucky State Fair Board. The tournament brings more than 140 teams representing 20 states and Canada, to Louisville.
