(WDRB) -- Kentucky State Police confirm four people died in a head-on crash in Grayson County Saturday afternoon.The victims included the drivers of two pickup trucks in the collision on Kentucky 54, about 1 1/2 miles west of Leitchfield.State police say the driver of the first truck, Dylan Fleener, 18, of Leitchfield, died at Twin Lakes Regional Hospital.
